Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer documentation processing
- Handling customer verification requests in accordance with priority.
- Addressing clients requests in tickets (email)
- Compliance with the terms of customer application processing
- Effective cooperation with the customer service teams in the international offices of the company.
- Broadcast customer feedback on product and process to relevant departments
- Assistance in developing and maintaining an internal knowledge base.
- Maintaining a positive working environment in our multicultural team.
