Job Summary
One is responsible for coordinating with the client\ customer, organizing, and overseeing all activities and the daily workflow involved in the identification of the blockages in Shipment/ Bookings, Overdues and logistics of the company's goods.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborates with other Customers and the logistics to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the Warehouse.
Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
Ordering POs, sending reminders , follow-ups and efficient communication with suppliers and Logistics.
Identify the root cause for the blocking point for the Shipment and its booking.
Creating LSPs, Overdue Reports, Follow- ups and communicate with Logistics and get the booking done.
Handling of Overdues for the Shipment and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
Monitoring the daily work flow of the logistics, Daily follow up with the Suppliers , Logistics and the Managers in order to run smooth production for the Client.
Track KPIs and Follow -Up deliveries for the Shipments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and managing skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, logistics, and customers.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, SAP and Business Tools.
Ability to handle pressure and clear the deliveries on time
