Application Specialist
Application Specialist to join our team in Delhi. In this position, you will act as a critical partner to our sales & validation team, you will be responsible for offering technical support, product expertise and application knowledge for each step of customer's process. The main goal is to ensure successful implementation of our products and services by supporting sales team.
Job Profile:
• Support the Sales organization on existing products and on new products through application studies, demonstration, training, troubleshooting, Scale up, customer presentations for Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical industry in close collaboration with sales and product management
• Support Sales in the customer process and URS analysis, and generate application trials to help designing optimized products in line with the application requirements
• Assist customers for first product installation and initial start-up, and ensure the training of the customer
• Support Quality Department in the quality complaint process by troubleshooting and analyzing customers processes for better investigation and resolution
• Report on competitors' products and feedback information to the Application Specialist Team Management and products management
Requirements :
• Masters in Biological engineering| Bioprocess technology| Biochemistry |Biotechnology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Biotech industry experience with exposure to Downstream and Single use technologies
• Product and application expertise
• Ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management
• Ability to interact at various levels (sales, technical, users)
