◾ Should be aware of Spanish culture
◾ Receiving calls in the Spanish language.
◾ Comfortable working night shifts and 24*7 work environment
◾ Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
🔰 Job Responsibilities:
◾ Should have a go-getter attitude with assisting the thought process
◾ Ensure customers’ issues are attended and all their concerns are resolved immediately
◾ Ensure customer's confidential information is adequately protected and only used for official purposes

◾ B1/B2 level certified
◾ Open to working from office
◾ Night shifts (24/7 rotational)
◾ No cab Facility
◾ Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate
◾ Experience: Fresher/ Experienced
