Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma Holder in Turkish Language Expert Language and B2 Level Certification in turkish is Mandatory
Experience Required: 01-03 Years
Salary range: 3-7Lakhs per Annum
Working time: 12.00 pm-9.00 pm {Indian Time zone (GMT+5:30)}
Notice Period: 15- 30 Days (preference will be given to the immediate joiners) and should be comfortable with night Shifts
Job description
· Candidates should be able to achieve daily calls and sales targets.
· Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry;
· Reviewing previous inquiries and responses;
· Gathering and researching information;
· Assembling and forwarding information;
· Verifying customer's understanding of information and answer
Answering questions about a company's products or services.
Processing orders and transactions.
Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
Delivering information about a company's offerings.
Providing proactive customer outreach.
Handling customer complaints.
