Position : Design Engineer
Job Description
? Responsible for Product design & development/Support to the global clients
? Understanding customer requirements, creating concepts, detail design and system level product development
? Preparation/presentation of design reports and part/assembly drawing reviews
Good communication with stakeholders
Qualification/s
? B.Tech in mechanical engineering
German language, Level B2 Min (Speak fluently)
Essential Skill set/s
? Good engineering fundamental knowledge
? Good knowledge on drawing Standards (ISO, ANSI/ASME)
? Hands on experience on CAD tool ? Solid works
? Product development process knowledge
? Capability to understand/ apply GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up analysis
? Able to work on global product development projects independently.
? Knowledge on various manufacturing processes like injection molding, sheetmetal stamping, castings, and forgings.
? Experience in design/development of Plastic and sheetmetal components
? Preferably in the domain of product development related to Refrigeration equipment, centrifuges, incubators (Medical Devices) design and understanding of Cell culture.
? Experience in system-designing of electro-mechanic lab devices
? Ability to extract, prepare and present main info of research topics in an easy understandable way
? Basic electric know how (Base knowledge of EN61010-1, base knowledge of motors, valves, sensors, ?)
Basic IP knowledge to check ideas vs. competitor IP / patents

? Project management and reporting
