We, at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), are looking for smart and open-minded talents - in order to pass on practical knowledge for groundbreaking business decisions together.For our location in Mumbai/Gurugram we are looking for dedicated candidates to support our PSF (Professional Services Firms) team in Europe, which is responsible for GLG's customers from top consulting, advertising, public relations and market research companies with top experts and bring together experts from all industries worldwide.
Your tasks as a recruiting associate:
- Recruitment of new experienced industry experts (Network Members) for the GLG network
- Creation of precise profiles about the qualifications of the network members through regular telephone calls
- Recruitment pipeline management (sourcing, cold calling, pitching, screening)
- Briefed the recruited experts on GLG's business model, policies, compliance and terms and conditions
- Close partnership with Client Solutions on projects and work with
- Business Development and other teams to increase sales, develop strategic projects and optimize customer relationships.
Your qualifications:
- Confidence and perseverance to attract new professionals through a high proportion of cold calls
- Ability to navigate and prioritize in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment
- Flexibility and creativity to deal with bottlenecks, a structured and independent way of working and a high level of commitment
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, verbally and in writing
-Technical/university degree or professional experience in a customer-oriented position
- Sales or recruiting experience is preferred
- Confident use of MS Office tools
