Job Opportunity: German Language Expert - IT Support/Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Level IT support via Phone/Chat/Self Service
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware and software)
- Respond to calls, chats & self-service tickets, perform effective triage
- Handle complex and business-critical issues, identify root causes
- Communicate problem resolution and root cause information to users
- Lead multi-user support projects, participate in change release management
- Clear documentation of issues, escalate to L2/L3 teams for complex problems
- Collaborate with the Service team, follow standard service desk processes
- Mentor and assist other Service Desk team members
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of relevant Helpdesk Support experience
- Good business German & English skills (Written and spoken)
- B2 (German Language) certification or above
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- PC literacy, Microsoft Office proficiency
- Any Graduate with 10+2+3 years of education, preferably from Computers background
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Understanding of ITIL & ITSM work structure (Certification recommended)
