Job Profile: Regional Language Translator
Job Purpose:
As a Regional Language Translator, you’ll be required to Interpret written or spoken material from the regional language to Hindi/ English language, you will be required to ensure that meaning and context are maintained. Ultimately, you will provide ready-to-use translated content that meets our internal needs.
We are hiring for a Regional Language Translator in the below mentioned languages:
Gujarati
Odia
Punjabi
Tamil
Telegu
Malayalam
Kannada
Key Responsibilities -
Reads through or listens to material in the regional language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into Hindi/English language, making sure to preserve the original meaning
Converting text and audio recordings in the regional language to Hindi or English language
Consults with other colleagues in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately
Translates a variety of documents, Prepare subtitles for videos and online presentations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Translation courses
Fluency in at least Two Languages, both verbal and written in the regional language and either Hindi or English
